Katie was born with unusually small lateral incisors (the two teeth on either side of her very front teeth). As an adolescent she had temporaries placed to have them appear to be of normal size and shape. As she neared adulthood, she decided to have the teeth fixed permanently.

Katie had orthodontic treatment to allow room for the permanent restorations. After the movement of her teeth was done, her teeth were bleached to whiten them. New veneers were placed on her lateral incisors to match her remaining teeth.
